The stunning design marries modern architecture with historic elements beautifully! ! The food options are amazing, with delicious inclusivity at breakfast and well-curated dining experiences throughout the hotel.
The staff could use more training in hospitality—attention to detail regarding requests seemed lacking, leading to some frustrating moments during my stay.

The stay was exceptional, with fantastic service and luxurious amenities. The room had an impressive view, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool where staff served delicious fresh fruit skewers. Dining at the French restaurant was a highlight, especially the wine experience. However, the shared outdoor terrace could be a bit crowded, and some rooms might face street noise, which took away from the experience slightly.

I was truly enchanted by the beautifully decorated common areas that celebrate Panama's rich history. The stunning architecture, especially the intricate brick barrel ceilings, added a touch of elegance, while the accessible facilities made my stay comfortable.
More seating throughout the common areas would help seniors.
